Our live online lessons take place using Skype, the free online conferencing program. To study with us you will need:

• Skype
• A headset with an attached microphone
• A good Internet connection

And that's it! You can download Skype here (the link will open in a new window). Once you have installed Skype you can test it by calling us - click here to see if we are online, or to arrange for a time to test your Skype.

We also support the use of NetMeeting; for instructions on installing and using Microsoft NetMeeting please click here. If your company uses a different conferencing program please let us know and we may be able to use the same.
